Hackers on Speed
It took long enough, but finally we managed to finish this hell of a project! Thanks to rabid for keeping us working on the track, like always .

So damn impressive. The best moments were Seth's nose-tail double chain loop and Sheldon's no-contact foot fling.
Great work team, and it's a good thing I attempt a part and ruin this.
Oh, and I like the effect of having no music during the color replay. I guess it's more dramatic that way.

Mind. Is. Blown.
Amazing job, guys. A true work of art, as far as bare tracks go.
By the way, not gonna lie for half a second, Raf's first few parts were my favorites... Love that stuff.

@1:09 DUUUDE!
I could hardly tell what year each part was made in. It was that great. Ossumness.
That drop would have been more intense with more intense music.

Re: Hackers on Speed by the LCC
Soooo my mind just blew up all over my room.
Seriously intense track you got there. I think Seth and Sheldon pretty much stole the show, and rafael had a pretty wicked foot chain in thar.
The only thing that bothered me with this was the really long drop at the start. That's really something that I think people should leave out when you edit something or just find another way to speed up. It doesn't really add any suspense (seeing as it's been done a bajillion times) and is kind of just a silly way to waste time for the music to kick in. It's like you're sitting there waiting for the track to start and the time is just counting down like "alright when is this thing gonna actually start, I've got nuggets in the oven."
So ya, that is my only complaint. Other than that I can't wait to see Hackers on Meth.

It's for suspense-building ("omg he's going so fast when is the track gonna kick in??? OMG HE'S STILL SPEEDING UP???@!!!" etc.) and for the music sync. I planned it from the get-go (I actually tried to start it in 08 and nobody was interested until 09, lol)Wizzy wrote:The only thing that bothered me with this was the really long drop at the start. Alright next time I have a drop in my track I'll just start it when the track actually starts, that way the video starts at speed 100.. Sounds perf. That way you'll complain about how I cut out the drop and you were wondering how it got to a speed of 100fps.

I didn't know you could see the future o.O
Umm no, I actually wouldn't mind having the track start off at 100fps. As long as the colored version shows the drop (and sped up preferably) then I'm perfectly fine with it. Soooo do you have any other fortunes?

Get with times broprah I've been able to for like 3 years now.
I'm sure you say that now, yet you'd complain had it not been for me saying that, but the denial of my previous statement is inevitable, obviously.

Re: Hackers on Speed by the LCC
Alright, I'll be that guy: I didn't think its that amazing
There were 2 problems I felt this track had, It was repetitive, and inconsistent. It felt like most of it was rolling, but I don't think it had the control in which it should've. Most the time it was going in one direction for awhile, then it switched to another, then another, which goes along with the control factor - I just didn't feel it. Another thing I felt was that some parts were amazing (the two loops) and others were just meh. I understand that some parts were made 2 years ago, But, it still doesn't mean that I should just ignore that all together.
Granted, I still thing its overall awesome, but I don't think its as good as everyone says.

First track I've watched in ~2 years, and it was pants wetting, crusting, amazing.
Good job guys. This is what I miss about LR, not all of that new fancy pants shenanigans.

So this track didn't have fancy pants shenanigans?
