Amazing job, SETH! I miss those underwater tracks and that style ^^
You had a great, clean scenery-style and you drawed a lot of stuff that was connected to Atlantis I really like that dragon you made ^^
You have a great zoom-level and your recording was bright and clear. I don't know if it was just me, but your recording was a little bit laggy.
Tips :
- Watch a recording-tutorial (if i had right about the recording).
- Improve your skills at track-making and maybe more speed?
- Keep that scenery style (PLEASE!).
- Try to make more in 3D (allways a huge lift )
- A more suprising end with a bigger monument

Re: atlantis - SETH
DUDE
that was beast. I loved the ground - it was interesting and yet consistent and held all of it together. And you artistry - amazing! The 3-D stuff was epic. I also liked how all the monuments followed the same theme.
A few points of criticism:
- the track was a bit slow. This is great sometimes, but it would be nice to faster here and there. (The scenery wouldn't need to be as insanely detailed)
- The monuments didn't quite feel like part of the track itself, but more like an artistic addition. Try to make them make more sense in context, and don't draw them on top of the track - make the track part of them. I think that in a good track the "monuments" aren't disconnected from the other scenery.
- A little bit of "hiding" the track, like the elevator and the line through the temple - try not to do that
My scening criteria!
Ambitious? Yes
Epic factor/Impressive? Yes, somewhat. Felt relaxed though.
Complete/Cohesive? Yes
Vision? Not really, felt like you made it up as you went. But the overall theme was present throughout
Experience/Immersion? Not really
Quality of art? Awesome!
Creativity in scening things? pretty good
Speed manipulations? None
Detail? Epic and masterful
Consistency? Yes, actually maybe a little too much
Unified Theme? Yes
Originality? Somewhat (I'm thinking of Monumental by TechDawg and Black Sea by Aqua)
Speed? Not much
Monument placement? Good
Monument usage? Not so good
3-D (extrusion, adding shine, shading, contour lines, adding depth)? YES! much more than most tracks nowadays, made me smile. could have used some more on the ground.
Made sense? Somewhat. many monuments only partially made sense
"Hiding" the track? (this is bad) a little bit at the beginning
Good Ending? yes. fit the track nicely. wasn't very dramatic though.
Also, you could work on your trackmaking some more. Try out some flings, and think about it not as a battle against gravity but as a dance using gravity.
Overall, WELL DONE!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see more from you!
if there's anything I said you don't understand, please ask!

Omygoodness this reminds me of Dark Matter so much! Not because of the scenery style, but the track and the placement of everything.
SETH, check out "Dark Matter" by LifeWithoutTheSnoozeButton if you haven't already.

You obviously have a great talent for scenery, so since I did really enjoy this, I'll go through it :3
The starting object was pretty impressive, I like how the dashes were spaced out perfectly ^^ Your base scenery was like a aqua/techdawg mix, it looked pretty good for what you were doing. Your first soldier was done very well, looked good. A bit further on there's some awesome building, you did that very well, the only improvments are that you could have given it a little more depth. Your next human monument was done pretty well, the only irritating part was that her face seemed a bit out of place compared to how well you did the rest of her. Now the octopus, wow, that looks great and the mini bridge looks fantastic, I love you perfectly you did that too! The eyes on the octopus annoyed my slightly though =/ Now holy mother of god O.O that sea serpent! When I first saw it I just stared at it! It's amazing, I think it's just plain amazing! Very very well done with that ^^ The small building after was good, I just thought the pillars needed a tiny bit of depth to stand out from the building itself. Now I do have to say again, your base scenery seems to get better as you go along, maybe it does get better or I'm just seeing it as better ^^ Either way, it's awesome A little bit on I really do think that you drew Posidon very very well, it's a shame it wasn't bigger or even a huge ending monument, it would have ended perfectly! And now I'd say we're just about done ^^
So - Overall I think you did fantastic with your base scenery, it looks really good ^^ Your monuments are done very well, although some are better than others. The track itself was a tad too slow, but that might have been the recording. So anyways I think you have a great scenery talent and I hope you put it to good use in further scenery tracks! Good luck and +rep!

Loved it. Just work on making your art flow better. It felt like you just added bits and pieces at random. Develop your own style of background scenery, and continue with those great pieces of art and you'll be a great scener in no time.

I know you all were thinking inb4 sheldon posts a nooby post like "omgz inb4 new tech dawg"
Re: atlantis - SETH
has been noticed.
anyway great track, the track shows up in several spots that ruin the scenery though, work at covering it a little better.
also there were some white spots that looked off on some of the lines.
oh and everything rabbid said.
