Maybe so. Well not really IMO. Dual flings are just like a hand fling on top and a foot fling on bottom. They're not that similar imo. There are some in Blue Champion. ASDFs aren't like alt flings either. It's a single fling that alternates between contact points. Alt flings are like a fling that pushes a single contact point different directs... I think... I don't know LR terminology

alt flings and dual flings were both called alt flings for a while I believe, and "alternating single direction fling" comes from "alternating fling". At least from what hedge has said that's what I believe.

Well if you're going to define each one that's good is what I mean. Maybe the names are similar but I don't think they're very similar. I guess if you're going to give a description of each that works too since they are somewhat derived from alt fling.
