I'm great with HTML and CSS but PHP is way down there. I understand it though.

Anyway I'm registered now, and still waiting for someone to grant me permissions to edit. Also when I was on the site I noticed that it's pretty wide. It goes of the edge of my screen a little.

I've designed a little bit in php. and I know a fair amount of HTML and CSS. I'm not saying I'll be able to finish the skin, but I could take a look at it, and try to help out. I wouldn't tackle anything I can't handle.
