Recycling flings backwards?
I have a question, has anyone recycled a fling in the history of lr going the opposite direction as it initially was going? I did it once ~ 1 week after ceph released his fling recycling tut. (That long ago) I wanted to post a vid, but the sol corrupted and soon I found I 1) couldn't replicate it, and 2) didnt have the time to try to. Until now. I finally replicated it, and am in the process of editing it right now. But while I make it, does anyone know of a case where the fling was recycled backwards? Can you link me to it if so?
P.S. I know Ive been dead for a while, sorry guys.

Now, I don't believe anyone has recycled a FLING backwards, but I know a few people have recycled CHAINS.

Mine's sort of borderline tbh, but I guess its more like a chain than a fling. Used wrong terms seeing as I haven't touched lr in almost 1 year.

You can't recycle flings backwards, only g-well chains

you can, they just need to be set up differently.
it's too complicated to go into over a few lines of text, but it is possible.

Hedge's track the Vision he does. Look at 2:30
Idk if its a fling though, more of a non-fakie inv. nose chain, but recycled as a hand fling backwards.

Re: Recycling flings backwards?
what splash said. Hedge made a pretty nice one in Vision (hell, it even sticks out because of the large airtime) so ya it's nothin' special

vision took first place in ToC3, so I'd say it's specialWizzy wrote:what splash said. Hedge made a pretty nice one in Vision (hell, it even sticks out because of the large airtime) so ya it's nothin' special

Re: Recycling flings backwards?
I remember talking to Hedge once when he was working on Vision.
He said he recycled a fling backwards, so yeah.

Re: Recycling flings backwards?
Imo recyling flings backwards is easier than forwards because you can use stabilizers easier and more effectively.
And yes, I think its been done a few times.
