There was some pretty decent recycling in there! If there's anything I would really look to working on it's intention. It seems like you had a lot of ideas floating around in your head (IE: the box around the track, and a few other boxes off to the right which we don't get to see) but you didn't give us a clear understanding of why we should pay attention to the boxes. Similar to the scenery, it looked like you thought you might want to scene it, and then either gave up or lost interest partway through. I can't wait for you to find a track style that you can really dig into. Something you can get excited over, that you want to take home to your father and tell him you're running away with her to the west coast to start a family. Once you find something like that, the whole intention thing will fall into place.

Ooh, I like that one. I like all of them but nano is my favorite so far. It's just fun. Has a bit of scenery and it never goes too fast or too slow. You're improving quite fast. Keep it up!
