[Track Jam] Line

Wasn't originally planning on entering the track jam but I ended up making this for it. I had a bit more time than I needed but I felt like it was complete as it stands.
Partially inspired by Night Time Thoughts by JealousCloud
Music is Blackout by The Flashbulb
Oh yeah, side note - it's all blue except for the text, which is green.

A simple but well executed track, visualizing tension and release in music. I love it!

Re: [Track Jam] Line
Why do you want to scene this? The whole idea is that it is one single line...
I won't stop you but I don't understand the appeal.

Re: [Track Jam] Line
Somehow totally missed the release of this. Sorry for bumping.
I don't know why, but I loved it. Okay, I do know why. It's simple, yet elegant, and engaging... and beautiful. Even after some rewatches, I'm feeling all kinds of things I can't put my finger on. Perhaps nostalgia, or melancholy. Especially liked the smooth curves in relation to the music; they reminded me of (sea)waves. The ending was great, though I would've found it more interesting if the line had just stopped there and Bosh was almost falling off. Like you'd poke fun at your own idea. Also, the font strongly reminded me of Bolted to the Wall, which was super cool.
I probably sound like a giant hypocrite now - after my hating on Broken - but even though this track shares some similarities with Broken and Colorblind, I think it's different. It's less personal, more vivid, I suppose. The music definitely helps. It boils down to taste, of course, but the song suits the track. They're not separate elements but need eachother, unlike with Broken, where the song is so ambient and instrumental and full of nuances and the track's so ... clear? Dunno if that makes any sense to you (or me).
This and the minimalist contest have opened my eyes. I was too quick to judge on Broken, too harsh. Mainly due to my prejudice concerning minimalism, I think. I wouldn't say I can see your vision now, because all of your recent tracks are based on different ideas, but I liked Daisies and this, which is like a mini Daisies for me. I'd like you to keep going. One last thing: the flatsled is starting to become a bit much-of-the-same. Hope all of this helped.
EDIT: Oh yeah, no intro is cool. That didn't hit me until it hit me.
