I think the title is satire on how quickly tracks like this can be made now too. The joke is he didn't have enough time to even think of a name for it, or at least grow attached enough to it to name it.

I didn't really say anything about the track before as I didn't have a really good opinion other than it was really good and I like your style. It's hard to say why you like something sometimes, you know? It's easier to explain why you DON'T like something than it is why you like it.
