The First Nose Manual Track Ever - created by Wendel

This is the kind of thing that makes this archiving stuff really feel worthwhile, man.
Holcomb's "The Amazing Nose Manual" (video has been lost) was the first released all nose manual track, released on January 20, 2007. But this track was found on a .sol of wendel's along with Crazy Castle Run and Crazy Pirate Ship, (recovered in Chih's old .sol files) and the save is BEFORE those two. Crazy Castle Run was released in December 29, 2006, and Beta 2 was released on December 17, 2006, which leads me to believe that this track was created between those two dates. This means it predates Holcomb's release by about a month, and wendel's only manual track release "manual" on February 3, 2007 (in which the first tail manuals appear) by about 6 weeks.
So... As fas as I can tell, this is the first nose manual track ever created, but it was never finished or released. Enjoy.
Also, here's Wendel's manual track "manual", his only manual-related track release, in which the first tail manuals appear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmDDAS5jKsQ
EDIT: Oh and here's the .sol: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/88470717/Other%20.sols/Crazy%20Castle%20Run%20Crazy%20Pirate%20Ship%20'Nose%20Manual%207'%20wendel%20(6.0%20physics).sol
It's 6.0 physics which means it can only run on 6.y or earlier.

This is just so cool, thanks rabid for putting in the effort of archiving and uncovering all of this!
I actually think that this type of track might not be so easy to make especially for us, as we are so used to using g-wells.
I see an opportunity for an amazing contest. The NO G-WELLS track competition. No tail pops, nose pops, nothing. Just flatsled, manuals, loops and curves. Kind of like how people would expect a Liner Rider track to look like hahaha.

If you were 21 I don't think you would use the word "sended." lolMin3rl3g4nd wrote:im 21 my channel used to be my little bro but he sended it to me.theacp127 wrote:Lol you were only about 2 years old when this was made.Min3rl3g4nd wrote:NOSTALGIA!
There's nothing wrong with being young. We all were there at some point.
