So an idea the staff had a while back is a developer PIP bar. But we need to decide on a color, and for someone to make one. Anyone?

Wouldn't be a rank, just the PIP bar. Sort of like retired staff are right now.

They were made in paint bucket so the project files are basically just pngs or gifs. Just realized that the text is one pixel to low and I did the 'E's incorrectly. I will fix that.
