Re: Flipside
I love that stall! And it's kind of disorienting that you're still making strong wells, but erasing the unused lines.
Re: Flipside
Okay first of all this is ridiculously good. This is the kind of track I didn't know I needed, but holy cow it's awesome. GREAT blend of quirk, alt, and manuals. I loved the variation, the pacing from fast to slow. And that misdirection and recycling, man. What probably impresses me the most is that you packed so many moments in 45 seconds. Great song choice (despite the blockage) and stellar editing from OTDE as well. This feels weirdly like what you'd get when you cross a Lukking track with an Opal track or something like that and I'm loving it.

Some of that recycling made me smile it was so awesome. The part 10 seconds in was my favorite, I think. The little hoppity hoppity thing. Yeah, I really liked this track.

I haven't had this much fun watching a track like this in a while. ironically, my favorite part about it is that there are so many small, cool moments, which is something that I've been told other people don't enjoy as much as the larger cohesive statement, but just being able to pick out where you had the sudden inspiration to make whatever feels very refreshing, especially right around :29. The sync also didn't go unnoticed, even if it wasn't overwhelmingly obvious like some of the more recent tracks.

We didn't decide on music until after the track was done, so it was lucky ;D

I enjoyed the sense of stop and go that this had. The random little stops I thought were cool, I really enjoyed that.
