Some of you may pick up on the collab idea that just came to me from this one question.

Have you guys heard of the track, Viberate?

My idea is we start with a cool monument and as the track gains in speed, it slowly evolves to animation stuff, and then the reverse of that for the end.

Not really sure yet, if you have a good idea for one go for it. Possibly something that would give a cool intro to the animation scenery.
Rabid does have a good point about it being 8 minutes, however we could cut out or speed up the air time at the beginning and end to make this more manageable.

I think if SCG made a tutorial with actual gameplay about how to do this animation scenery, there'd be a lot more interest.

I explained how to do it in the funspiration thread, but I suppose I could copy that and past it in a new thread in the tutorials sections. I don't really have the time to make a tut video, and I don't think it's all that necessary for doing basic animation.

As far as getting this collab to happen, I'm not sure this will take off due to the problems of the fp crashing. However, it could be fun to do a larger scale high speed/animation collab, considering I have quite a few ideas I want to try yet in animation. As far as that goes, I'll likely start a thread for this once I get a start on a track up to speed.
