okay, so my rep earlier today was 11, but now it's 9. how do I see who negged me and what for?

you can't see who +rep or -repped you, but you can see if a post got +rep or -rep by looking off to the right of it, it'll be red/green.

And if you could see who - repped you, youd probably go to them and - rep them for no reason just so you could get "even".
