It looks like the first part of the fling is actually nose+string, which is a very rare and awesome fling type. Smile purely speculation though.

Sweet, you should try out some nose-inverted hand dual alt flings other fling types! The hand fling and tail fling are pretty easy compared to the rest. Keep going!

hand fling then nose fling then tail fling then foot fling then inverted hand then shoulder then second peg then inverted foot then zero-point (in order of difficulty from least to most, from personal experiments, not all flings listed)
