I beefed it up a bit and added a bunch of examples . anyone know where the first shoulder fling loop is and/or who did it?

I thought that FC's in Overdrive was the first, but if he says it wasn't then I haven't a clue.

Regarding general format for pages on tricks, would you like us to follow your example on this page? (i.e. include "Usage", "Variations", and "See Also" sections.) I'm writing a similar page on hand flings and should have it up in a bit.

and I'm excited to see the hand flings page also, did you notice how I included citations directly to the section of video (by putting #t=XXmXXs on the end of the url)? If you did that too it would be great as well.
