I could understand this type of thing happening if high rep gave you certain perks (like a new rank or forum priveleges) and negative rep took perks away (like no SB or a limit on how many posts you can make per day). If THAT were the case, then I agree that rep-spamming one person is completely unfair unless they did something to deserve it. But let's be honest: the reputation economy on this site has zero meaning whatsoever. There are no rewards. There are no punishments. It's simply a number that goes beneath your pip bars.


I don't mean to seem like a d-bag, Podpack, but you need to learn how to be the subject of a joke. Numerous people have already explained that the only reason you're being -repped is because it's fun to see how low your rep-count can go. So right there, you know it's nothing personal. And if you actually took the time to think about it, you'd realize that nothing that matters is at stake.



So the moral of this post is that, if you're being serious about being this upset at your rep-count, you need to grow a pair and get over it.
