Poll #5 can go fuck itself?
I'll vote later.
Edit: Sheldon mixed up poll #4 and poll #5. Vision vs. EoLR should be out!

Re: Round #5 - Poll #6
I was surprised by my own opinion in this poll. After watching both, this is love was pretty clearly the winner, in a matchup I assumed would be extremely difficult for me to decide. And then I was surprised how easily M3 was winning after I voted.
Anyway, here's what I said in the previous 4 rounds:
Mysteria 3's biggest weakness is that it has no purpose, structure, meaning, or central concept. The scenery is beautiful, CC's skill in transforming the track into a world is clear, and the theme is consistent and well executed. But This is Love has all of that (it's beautiful, it's skillful, the theme is well done) and it's an original concept and a lovely message to boot. So it's pretty clear to me.
Anyway, here's what I said in the previous 4 rounds:
- Spoiler:
- This is Love (√ √ √ √)I love how it changes styles rapidly and how the rapid changes make the whole thing work, and I love how it feels like a celebration of different styles rather than a judgement, or an attempt to impress. Not to mention that the execution of each style is really well done.I love the intention (expressing love towards fellow riders of the lines) and I think the execution is flawless. The music syncing in this track never feels forced or strained (like in Jam), but always fits like a glove (unlike Gone), and he manages to pull that off while switching constantly switching between different styles. I really hope this one goes far.IMO this is not quite as well executed as Handlebars (maybe because I'm a sucker for distinct sections) but it's miles ahead of Jam. I also enjoy the intent (love towards the entire community) more than most tracks in this tournament by far.
Mysteria 3 (√ √ √ √)Easily my favorite track in this poll. Huge variety of styles, great music sync, great message, and great execution. Just a joy to watch, every time.like this one a lot, though the monument feels rather disjointed and that results in the whole track feeling a bit... draw-whatever. But I'll vote for it just for the quality of art and expert handling of the naked manuquirk into an environment for Bosh. Better than TechDawg, or anyone else, IMO.I really prefer HEA to this because it's so clear when the track and scenery are made together by one person, versus when Cereal makes a manuquirk and then CC tries to add scenery to it. Lots of things are relied on (rails, bridges, vines) and it becomes more about just making it look decent than executing a vision. Still. CC's style is so beautiful it GMV this round. The style is beautiful, the world building is nice. I've never seen a story or purpose or point or central idea to this track, and the monument feels a bit disjointed, but against these tracks it GMV easily.Again, to me this track is lacking in some departments (mostly the disjointed monument and the "why?") but it easily GMV up against Incito Sacena for the solid world building and beautiful art style.
