sweet no complaints (that I haven't already stated)

jump to zoom text seems to be invisible now? (also I really wish it was usable for someone with a mac trackpad)

also if I scroll zoom all the way in to 2400 and keep zooming, the track kinda... moves? if I zoom out the same thing happens but it is much worse because it like, zooms off the screen. Might again just be my trackpad

it zooms in on the cursor so you can move the screen while at full zoom

Fixed/Changed gripes. Track no longer pans with scroll wheel zoom when fully zoomed in or out.

Added the option to use up/down arrow keys to adjust jump zoom amount.

Yay!

If I zoom out below 50 and then use jump to zoom I can select a number below 50, including 0 or negative numbers beyond 2400.

Once I start jump to zoom it never turns off until I hit enter - probably a good idea to cancel it if I choose another tool or play the track or use the zoom tool normally.

okay. the text is still on a timer. when I do anything that should disappear, it is confusing to have the jump to zoom text still there when it's been cancelled.

It shouldn't really be on a timer at all. it should be up as long as we are in jump to zoom and disappear as soon as we're not. It's confusing that I can jump to zoom, pick a value, wait a bit so it's not there, and then hit enter and have no indication of what zoom I just jumped to.

Also, I can (from any current tool) shift click zoom tool, choose a zoom value, hit E, and then hit enter and I jump to a zoom. shouldn't it cancel when I hit E? It cancels when I click on the eraser, or when I hit W or Q. Or even if I use jump to zoom while in a different tool and then hit R. Or even when I am in the eraser, use jump to zoom, and then click the eraser. Only way it works is if I hit E, which happened to be the first one I tested. I hope there aren't other bugs out there that only work with specific combinations of things like this.
EDIT: also works if I remove the flag while in jump to zoom. I can also change color playback and slow motion start and I can jump to the start or flag or last line. Don't think any of these are really problems though.

Personally I am impressed by the patience/cooperation because rabid makes an excellent beta-tester and kevans makes a great developper.

I promised myself that if anyone asked for something, I would honestly take the time to consider each suggestion, and do my best to implement or compromise. Was working on splitting silent flame ending (around 21k lines) and I have some more annoying things:
- you can't actually jump to 50 zoom, it just goes to 100. super annoying for zooming out to erase scenery.
- when I start with the whole track in view and jump to zoom it snaps to "0.x" at first
- in laggy situations the zoom level barely stays on screen for a frame or two, so I don't know what zoom level I am at after using the tool
- Zoom level jumping by 50 is okay but really it would be nice to have it go on a more roughly logarithmic scale, say 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000.
- Can jump to zoom while track is loading. maybe look over what you can do while loading because it should be pretty much nothing and right now it's pretty much anything.

The snap is kind of funny. I feel like sometimes the snap doesn't work, so I erase-undo the line and then sometimes it works, and other times I hit play then stop and then it also suddenly works. I can't really see a pattern, just that sometimes snap doesn't work.

Can you clarify this one a bit?
When it's not laggy, when I zoom in or out using the zoom tool normally, I see the number linger for a half second or so so I can be like "oh cool that's the zoom level"

When it's really laggy (15k+ lines) which is also when it's most important to know what my zoom level is, After I use the zoom tool normally it comes up but it disappears so quickly that I can't read it. Maybe 1 frame.

suggestion: a way to turn off flag lock while in play mode (does this already exist?)

played through a whole minute of track only to find out I couldn't make the flag because flag lock was on

If flag lock is on, holding shift allows you to still use it.

Also I do apologize for not getting this update out as soon as I can, I've been enjoying my leave time and not working, will be going to comic con tomorrow.

I hate how the camera goes back to where the flag is when you press the stop button. It's a pain to have to pan back to where I'm trying to draw lines

EDIT: nvm it stopped doing it, probably a bug?

I'm using a Mac with FP9 atm, and some shortcuts don't work. Shift+backspace isn't working, along with holding spacebar to move around your track. Also shift + play doesn't make Bosh appear at the adjusted zoom and a + play doesn't make him start from the beginning if you have a flag off. I also tried FP14 but got the same result. In other versions some of those options work, but not all. Any ideas about what may be wrong? I'm using the MacBook from my mum and it's a guarded computer from her work, can that have anything to do with it? It could also be that I have to download something as fundamental as Java, because my mum doesn't ever download or update anything :P

UPDATE: 07 Sep 2014 Download link in OP.

Changed/Fixed:

Fixed zoom not being able to jump to 50.
Changed status text time to a frame counter instead of relying on internal time.
Multi-joint snapping now possible.
Fixed bug concerning pencil only being usable in specific box.
Preview line now shows color depending on pencil type.
Name is now 3.4.x since due to these frequent updates, I have no fricking clue what to call this anymore. previous 3.4.3 is still available in mass build list.

Added:

Tapping shift while drawing will toggle collision side of line during drawing, does not interfere with holding shift to draw line.
