well this was a throwback for sure. I liked the spikes, they look cool and 3D. The track as a whole was pretty long so I can't say I actually watched the whole thing :P but nice always nice to see some scenery these days!

Now this one, while you did include some different scenery elements into the track, it felt a little too similar to the other track that you had done, using the same spikes, and same kind of rock formation. The snail thing was definitely the highlight of the scenery, however. It made me smile. As for the track itself, I did notice a few basic tricks in there (Yay, manuals! Very Happy ) however, you also invented another big part of the track: the flow killer. It mostly happened around 1:24 in the track, and is not a very good thing to have. Basically, every track has a certain 'flow' to it, which is the vibe you get from the movements that little dude on a sled makes. When you have a long pause, where he's unable to get up a hill, or ramp, it ruins the vibe that the flow creates, and forces the rider to slow don in a fashion that doesn't look very good. Best to keep those at a minimum.

It got pretty boring for me because there was very little variation in the scenery throughout the video. The variation it did have seemed a bit random and out of place (like the weird bugeyed alien thing), but it was clear there was a lot of thought and time that went into making this, so nice work on making and finishing a track this long.

First off, +1 for Van Halen Very Happy

Nice track! Had a very old-school feel, which is a great thing. As several of these guys have already noted, a little variation in the scenery could do wonders for the track. Around two minutes in, for example, the bricks and alien thing were pretty cool, and they certainly caught my eye. Overall, a very cool first track! Thanks for putting the time into this, it sure shows; I hope you continue trackmaking, and especially scening Smile

Be sure work on the track making part. A good track makes the scenery even more impressive. You don't have to master manuals or fings or something like that, but make all your curves smooth and don't let Bosh slide on his head slowly. The scenery was good, but some of the shading on the rocks were strange. There would be shading on places with no rock. Keeping working hard and stay around for a while.

That's the best scenery track made in like, weeks, maybe months. I've been keeping my eye on the newest scenery line rider tracks, and this is really special.

HOWEVER, while some sceners may disagree, I prefer to make things intended to be more substantial (like the spikes or outlines) to be thicker lines than the textures and shading. Same goes for anything intended to be closer to the point of view.

That was actually not bad, it reminds of the old days though but anyways that shading seemed a bit out of place. Maybe you could do a little shading within the mountains but don't go too crazy. Anyways I would like to point out those spikes being in random places which is good and brings out the texture of the rocky hills. You should also try adding in some other things but don't go to random with detail like some people do *cough* Stallie *cough* but lol, anyways yeah just keep the details to the theme of the track and you should be fine. There is also one last thing I would like to point out and that would be get hyper cam. It's a good recording device for line rider and other things on your computer, just Google it and find a download of it and you should be fine.
