yeah, there's a lot less this year :/ virtually nothing in the last three months.

Well that was fun. Today I did a lot of housekeeping in regards to muted videos, deleted videos, private videos, videos on youtube, etc. in all of the playlists. Now all of the best quality videos are in the playlists, on YouTube - many of them are through IRTLTube.

Videos affected:

I feel like your list has become way more selective. I remember that a featured track was almost always instantly on the list, and I think you've disregarded a lot of tracks lately. Here's a little list of tracks that you IMO, cannot NOT put in this list:

Furthermore I think you should also add:

Final Destination - Universe is better
Pillars of Creation - too short
Universe - ehh I suppose you're right
Cloud Nine - ehh I guess
Heaven - I suppose

Cursive - short, but yeah I guess
Abandon - I'm a little confused about this. I don't remember anything significant about this but then it did great in ToC4 round 1...
Perserverance - ehh, he has lots of other better tracks
Eskimo Boy - I don't understand why this track is exceptional

TRS2 Scened - I decided against it back when it came out and my opinion hasn't changed - scroll back through the thread
Evade - I think I've changed my mind on this one. sure.
Scruff - Sublime Swing instead
Light Pattern - ehh original idea but didn't have an impact
Always Riding - not good enough

I don't think either of them should be on the list. They were pretty good in my opinion, nowhere near exceptional

because if you have two tracks that are really good in the same style by the same person right after each other... if we're looking for "exceptional" that means it stands out, rather than just being really good. E.g. I only took Dacite by georg in that era, and I only put one of Bjerre's blends.

Perseverance was different for pure and lots of fun but I didn't see a huge reaction from the community. You reacted the most IIRC

It was hard to choose between Scruff and Sublime Swing, so if you want to argue for a swap it won't be hard to persuade me

This has been an open tab in chrome for all august >.< I WILL GET TO IT OKAY GUYS

Okay so I'm looking at this and I've been thinking. This started as a way for us to sort of filter through line rider history and see the influences, but it sort of became more and more like a list of really great tracks.

I'm not sure if it's worth continuing, since the videos that are coming out today are 1) often really good and 2) pretty few and far between. I won't delete the list, that would be silly, but maybe I should archive this and make a new, shorter list of tracks, series, and people that were really influential in the direction of line rider. And maybe not put anything in until it's at least, like, 2 years old.

Thoughts? do you like this list? as it is? would you chnage it? if you have an opinion speak!

I never really understood the full difference between this and the featured movies list.
