Another Nations Battle?

Even if it would need to be exactly a month or a year or two years from now for you to do it, still please add yourself! It's just so we can make figure out how we'd have to split it up. Would you guys be interested in doing another Nations-battle type of thing? I was looking at the SRP-welcome-back thread, and someone posted Middle Europe's entry, "The Empire Fusion", and two thoughts went through my head:
1) Who actually won?
2) Man, we should do it again.

This is how it'd work:
1) I'd post a poll with "Which Risk zone are you in?" along with a note that says "Please tell me your location and what you voted for if you are in the United States" (or I might just do "Eastern United States", since that's where most people are) and a map that shows a map of the world overlayed onto the Risk map for clarification if you're near the borders in Europe. If you're uncomfortable saying where you're from (or even if you are comfortable saying), participation is not by any means mandatory!
2) You'd sign up on a thread with your team name on it (so we don't have to sift through posts sorting people). You'd also say if you're interested in being a team captain.
3) The staff would select a team captain for each team, and that person is in charge of bossing everyone around and making the tough decisions for your team. If no one for your team signs up to be a captain, we assume you guys will form some sort of communist rule.
4) Each team gets their own subforum that no one except the team members and the admins can see. The Canadian, Minnesotan, and wherever-the-hell-Wolf-is-from teams promise not to cheat, or else we just wouldn't be able to enter. I might just have a poll for that once we're a fair way into the process.
5) Each team has a certain amount of time to make a track, edit it, and publish it.
6) There's a poll where everyone decides who's the best! If we balance the teams properly, it shouldn't matter if you vote for yourself.

So, you in?

It'd have to be Europe vs. America vs. Other then, because otherwise you can't form a proper team ;_;

Maybe you can split america but you shouldn't underestimate the low amount of players right now. And I doubt everyone actually playing will participate.

Team 1 vs Team 2.

That's the only way I think it can be done well; how many people are in Europe as opposed to America?

Maybe we should go ahead and make the poll to see if there are actually enough people.

With the lack of community right now, we would need to have less groups. Before we had like 2-5 people from like 6 or more countries, right now we have 2-4 people active total

Hedge, I think it's a great idea, but for a more active LR community. Maybe wait till the New forum is up and you guys do more to bring new people in.

Would be a better epic battle, methinks.

We had planned another epic battle at some point but I think we all forgot ;-;

We didn't forget; all the greys were butthurt that they couldn't be in it. (Even though that's how it's always been .-.)

Honestly, we can have as little as two people on a team if we need to.

Florida has enough people alone, Myself, Votale, and MSX (If he chooses to come on).

We should have enough people, and groups, if we break it down a good amount.

^ What if we had New England, other Eastern US, Other North America, Europe north of Germany, Europe Germany and south, and other?
Or we could fit Other with Other North America, because I don't think there are many people in the western US and I can't really think of anyone in Canada that's still active that'd make a part except for me. The other two big guys on the Canadian team before were kata and FC, and even if one of them decided to come back and make a part, here's how I predict the teams would turn out:

New England: Absox, AC, and like 5 others
Other Eastern US: Inu, Votale, and like 5 others
Northern Europe: basically team Scandinavia with a couple other stragglers
Southern Europe: Georg, Chiller, and like 3 other really awesome people
Other: Myself, either kata or FC, like one Australian, Jam, and a few others.

That actually sounds pretty even to me, and it is 5 teams.

New York vs Florida, I definitely would like to see that happen.

Anyways I agree a bit with the fact about doing it on the new site, but then again maybe we should test it on here, just to see what happens.

That sounds a bit good, obviously we might has some issues though since we don't know who will join. I say we pick up the speed and create a private google map w/ check-in to plot teams.
