Re: The Other Side - Ryder and Pinter
That was better than I'd expected! Somehow some parts reminded me a lot of Georgio.
First off, the integration was outstanding. Loved it!
Secondly, the manuals could use some improvement, for both of you. Try to be precise and make them as smooth and balanced as you can.
Thirdly, Pinter's last part was fun! You should improve more on quirk, because I believe you got potential! That also applies to Ryder. Your grolling was coolos beanos.
Overall a fun track. Good job you two

Not bashing the whole idea, I mean it's great that you are reviewing tracks but this is VERY flawed imo. I will point out the problems.....
I learned that grading scales such as this one are unnecessary, too many possible options. Makes people angry if they get too low oof a score and people start bawwwing, plus line rider tracks should not be graded, this is not school, this is where we come to have fun, which is what line rider is at its core. No matter what anyone thinks. They are for amusement, not to be judged, but constructive criticism is good.
Don't worry I love the concept, but needs tweaking and chaning. I used to use something (somewhat) similar to this, I realized it was no the right thing to do. Sorry but I don't approve of this, but hey it's jsut my opinion if you like doing it, by all means keep doing it!

Why does it matter if the track was extremely fast pace? there are hundreds of tracks that are amazing at a slow smooth pace, maybe I am misunderstanding this concept, but this doesn't seem right.
Section 3 – Manuals (9 Points out of a possible 15)
- Spoiler:
Track had nose manuals = +1
Track had tail manuals = +2
Track had head manuals = +2
The track executed a manual loop = +3
Track was >50% manuals = +3 –OR– This track was primarily a manual track = +5
Some of these manuals could be regarded as ‘high-speed’ = +2
So for a manual track to be good it has to have head manuals? and a manual loop? and why does a track that has manuals in it have to be primarily a manual track for it to receive more points? Also, why do the manuals have to be high speed?
Section 4 – Quirks (12 Points out of a possible 20)
- Spoiler:
This track had gravity wells = +2
Some of these wells were in lengthy chains = +2
Some of these made a loop or spiral = +3
This track had flings = +2
These flings were varied, long and impressive = +3
This track had a special manual (granual, flanual, Kramual etc) = +3
This track was primarily a quirk track = +5
loops? spirals? lengthy chains? special manual? primarily a quirk track? again, manu-quirk
Section 5 – Track Beginning and Ending (5 Points out of a possible 5)
- Spoiler:
Track started at a good speed = +1
Track ended with a good or funny crash = +1 –OR– Track ended with a good standstill = +2
–OR– Track ended with a recognised stall = +4
beginning and ending? don't all tracks have those, you should put "stall". ended at good speed? what does this mean. recognized stall? what if someone created a new stall, I am confused.Section 6 – Scenery (X Points out of a possible 25)
- Spoiler:
Track attempted some scenery = +1 –OR– Entire track was scened = +3
Scenery was consistent and realistic = +3 –OR– Scenery was abstract and entertaining +3

Scenery had a good monument = +3 –OR– Scenery had several good or one exceptional moment = +5
Scenery had impressive detail = +5 –OR– Scenery had stunning detail = +10
Tracks do not need to be realistic, just no floating objects,I like the "unattractive" white space part, not all tracks need a monument, and I like the rest of this section.
Section 7 – Track entertainment value and comments (10 Points out of a possible 20)

This is good and expressing criticism here would be good, comments are always welcomed on any track.

Ohkey I uploaded another version!
EDIT: btw wishline, I like it how you reviewed this track, but if it was a quirk track, you won't score any points on manuals.. ?

Big thanks for the feedback. What I'm trying to do at the mo is rate a variety of tracks and see how the system works out, whether it gives accurate scores. I'm not in the least offended by your points. I suppose some of the scoring is at odds with itself, but nobody is meant to get full marks.
In particular, I'm concerned myself by the 'primarily a manual' 'primarily a quirk' points awards...I'll have to look at them :/
Also, as for the 'realistic' point in the scenery, that's why there's an 'or' there. If scenery is 'abstract and entertaining', it can score points in that way!
It's work in progress. After I've reviewed about twenty tracks of varying abilities I'll have a reshuffle!

Anyway, I quite enjoyed that! Great job.

Re: The Other Side - Ryder and Pinter
Pinter your parts were pretty good over all, but some of your curves were a little rough. Try to improve on your curves a little more. Over all your parts were nice. Ryder your parts were really good, your curves were smooth and your wells were not bad at all. Over all you did a nice job as well. All together you guys did a very nice job.

1. How entertaining was it
2. How impressed were you
3. How much did it inspire you
4. How influential do you think it will be
5. What would you have done differently
