How to Access .sol? Empty How to Access .sol?

So, I want to be in a clan, but I don't know how .sol's work. I can't even get the .sol's. I save my track, then I try to find the last modified document, and of course it's LineRider6.7. I tried to open the .sol from the IRTL Scenery Project, and all I found was a picture of part of the track. How do .sol's work?
