Come on people, we need more votes, are there only 45 active posters on this forum?
don't encourage people to vote for PC :S
Re: Round 5 - Poll #1
Are you kidding me? Are you saying I should look closely at a track to see if it has style? That's pathetic. Style should be recognized easily. And I said it didn't have a different style than your other tracks', not that it didn't have style.Wizzy wrote:Burn This City did have style, and I never said "look this is how its done!" BTC was actually a track I experiemented with by using semi-simple tricks for different reasons. Like one of the shoulder flings being used to gain speed without turning, and then the loop one shortly after that to continue the same direction. Look at it and view how each trick is being used, you'll see what I mean (don't misinterpret this into me saying "THATS HOW YOU DO IT!"[/b]
... Heart Attack was the first highspeed manual track since Periculum, which was released almost a year before that. If you say highspeed manual tracks are made too much, then what isn't made too much?Wizzy wrote:Yes, Heart Attack was all about speed, which many many MANY people have made highspeed tracks. (Ex: FlagCapper Tacyonic, ZNF Epinephrine, Hkay Periculum) That's why I didn't really think Heart Attack was that great, because anyone can make a high speed track like that.

-silly rafael, there's so much to track making. If what you say is true, The River by Hedge is just like any other track. BTC is very different in many ways than my other tracks.
-once again, you misinterpret my post
anywho, i wont be posting here anymore. no need to waste time with a biased argument. PC all the way.
also, way to crash the party rafael

Re: Round 5 - Poll #1
I like how a simple vote in a competition can tear a community apart like this. It's disappointing to me
Well I watched both these tracks again, and I have to say I'm satisfied with my vote for BC. As I watched Party Crasher, I thought "Oh exciting song, not so compelling track." I mean I sat here with my hand on my cheek looking bored as I watched it. I watched Blue Champion, and I have to say the music syncing, the manuals, the intense quirk, and so on kept my attention. There were moments when I thought "Did you see that?!" When during PC all I thought was, oh exciting song, pretty good track. Overall, I liked BC much better.
Let's not let a simple vote get members pissed at one another, its their opinion, their vote.

I think a lot of people would say the exact same thing only the other way around.Votale wrote:Well I watched both these tracks again, and I have to say I'm satisfied with my vote for BC. Re: Round 5 - Poll #1
Well, tbh, I don't like The River, but I could easily see the style. It was the I-really-wanted-to-make-something-different-so-I-made-this (not saying that's a bad thing) style. But I still don't see it in Burn This City. Some tricks might be different, but it was your normal speed, your normal manuquirk, your normal airtime. There were more flanuals though.Wizzy wrote:-silly rafael, there's so much to track making. If what you say is true, The River by Hedge is just like any other track. @ Votale:
1. Discussion = / = community tearing apart.
2. My reason for this wasn't Wizzy's vote choice. Otherwise there would've started 22 discussions

Everyone but Absox has their rep even'd out now on the first page (I ran out of rep) So someone +rep him? I think it's unfair people get -repp'd for voting...Hedgehogs4Me wrote:Who -repped everyone who voted Party Crasher? That doesn't seem very sporting. O_o
